Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Deep sourcing/recruiting experience for passive candidates.
• Offshore and onshore recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies using various tools.
• Conduct phone screens via phone or video conference.
• Track daily status reports on conversions & closures.

Skills

Experience using an ATS system (Bullhorn preferred)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Excellent sourcing skills from social sites

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to collaborate and work effectively

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
