Youll source, screen, and interview exempt and non-exempt talent, partnering with leadership to build strategic talent plans, and sharpening executive-search skills with the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to work with leadership to align hiring plans.
• Strong sourcing and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Define job specifications with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Independently source, screen, recruit and interview candidates across platforms.
• Manage recruiting dashboard and open requisitions in the ATS; spot bottlenecks and fix them.
• Champion Hudson's culture and candidate experience throughout the process.
