Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring leaders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills using LinkedIn, Dice, and similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple requisitions.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and search plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to offers and pre-employment activities.
• Source and engage qualified talent via direct sourcing, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct screens and evaluate candidates against requirements.
• Own candidate scheduling and coordination using Phenom, ensuring a smooth process.
