Noveon Magnetics is seeking a Recruiter in San Marcos, TX to own the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, skilled trade, and salaried roles. You will partner with hiring managers on job architecture, market pricing, and compensation leveling, while refining our ATS and candidate experience from first contact to offer.

The role blends strategic headcount planning with hands-on recruiting execution, supporting a fast-growing US manufacturing workforce and maintaining compliance and data

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly, skilled trades and salaried roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, job fairs, schools, agencies, and partnerships.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and feedback.
• Provide realistic previews of job conditions and schedules during interviews.
• Extend verbal and written offers.
