Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sourcing and 5 years in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Semiconductor/ Manufacturing DL workers is a plus.
• Strong drive for results and proactive recruiting approach.
• Advanced sourcing skills with active and passive candidates; closing tactics.
• Professionalism and emotional intelligence essential; collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TA consultant to the business and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure effective sourcing, selection, and placement to meet organizational goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position and candidate qualifications.
• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from research to offer and acceptance.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and build pipelines via research, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and provide recruitment updates to leaders.
