Job summary

Noveon Magnetics is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting, partner with managers, and optimize the hiring process from intake to offer. The role involves coordinating with a Recruiting Coordinator, aligning headcount, and enhancing the candidate experience across all stages.

The successful candidate will be data-driven, able to balance strategy with day-to-day execution, and support employer branding through local outreach and partnerships in San Marcos, Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiar with recruiting pipeline management software and operations
• Proficient with Word, Excel, G Suite, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and salaried roles from requisition to offer.
• Sourcing through job boards, local fairs, schools, staffing agencies, and community partnerships.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers for feedback.
• Provide realistic job previews of production floor conditions, shifts, and demands during interviews.
• Extend verbal and written offers.
