Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process.
• Review resumes and candidate pipelines weekly.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Guide candidates through interview process.
• Extend offers and manage offer process.
• Initiate and coordinate background checks.
• Support onboarding activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee immersion program.
• Currently a two-day onboarding experience.
• Schedule various business leaders and teams to present to new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams throughout hiring lifecycle.
