Job summary

Planhat is seeking a results-oriented recruiter who will own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and operations roles across the Americas. You will partner with hiring managers to translate needs into a precise talent strategy and build robust sourcing programs that reach beyond traditional channels.

You will bring data-driven decision making to candidate selection and elevate the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or staffing.
• Ownership of full-cycle recruiting end-to-end with proactive headhunting.
• Extensive experience beyond LinkedIn; referrals, events, and creative sourcing channels.
• You will identify winners who raise the bar and change business trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across the Americas.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into a talent strategy.
• Build and optimize sourcing programs and channels.
• Bring structure, data, and candidate experience improvements to the process.
