Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across content, production, operations, and corporate teams. You’ll partner with leaders to hire people who thrive in high-ownership environments and move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll build pipelines, source candidates from diverse backgrounds, and scale recruiting processes during rapid growth, while keeping a strong eye on culture and impact.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in the media, entertainment, tech or high-growth startups.
• Strong track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script to find the right people.

Responsibilities

• Own Hiring From Idea to Offer.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what success actually looks like in a role.
• Run fast, focused processes that balance urgency with a high bar for talent.
• Close candidates by clearly articulating impact, ownership, and growth.
