Beast Industries is hiring a Recruiter to build the teams powering our growing content, brands, and operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting from idea to offer, partnering with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to hire top talent.

The role rewards speed without sacrificing quality, and demands comfort with ambiguity as we scale. You will stay deeply connected to creator and internet culture to spot emerging talent early.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media, entertainment, tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script to find the right people.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and leaders who think big and move fast.
• Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential, not just resumes.
• Clear communicator and strong closer who takes pride in building teams.
• Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building things people care about.
