• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script to find the right people.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for studio and content teams: production, post-production, creative, and operations.
• Partner with creators, producers, operators, and leaders to translate plans into hires quickly and thoughtfully.
• Build pipelines and strategic relationships to support rapid hiring at scale.
• Provide market insights and honest feedback to hiring managers to inform decisions.
• Develop clear interview structures and processes to balance speed and quality.
