Beast Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our studio and content teams, including production, post-production, creative, and operations. You’ll partner with leaders to translate ambitious plans into hires quickly and thoughtfully.

This role rewards judgment, creativity, and execution in a fast-moving, non-traditional company culture, with heavy travel to Greenville, NC and dynamic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media/entertainment or digital content
• Proven track record hiring high performers in fast-paced, creative environments
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script to find the right people
• Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and leaders who move fast

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for studio and content roles (production, post-production, creative, and operations)
• Partner with hiring managers to define success beyond what’s written on paper
• Run fast, high-bar processes balancing urgency with quality
• Close candidates by articulating impact, ownership, and growth clearly
