Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Chicago is seeking a strategic Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Specialists and Experienced Consultants across the Americas, partnering with Practice leadership to hit ambitious hiring goals.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office each week, with no option for fully remote work, and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where candidates enjoy a superior experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting (corporate or agency) at mid/senior levels.
• Professional services (consulting/FS) experience is a plus.
• Experience and confidence negotiating compensation packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned practices, including strategy, mapping, postings, screening and offers.
• Build strong partnerships with Practice leaders and provide regular reports.
• Manage communications with candidates and ensure superior candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and CRMs for global reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new staff with Practice Groups.
• Share market trends to inform broader talent strategy.
• Support the team with ideas to strengthen Oliver Wyman's brand.
