Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Atlanta, Chicago, or Tampa seeks a seasoned recruiter to own the full lifecycle of talent attraction for the Americas. You will partner with hiring managers to design robust pipelines, source top candidates, and guide decisions through to offers.

You will leverage LinkedIn and other channels, map markets, and maintain a compliant, candidate-friendly process while delivering measurable outcomes and a diverse, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including executive search.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and social platforms for direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience managing recruiting logistics including immigration/relocation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment end to end for Americas markets.
• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Source, map, and engage target candidate pools across geographies.
• Guide decision meetings and drive offers with hiring managers.
• Maintain compliant, efficient recruiting processes and data.
