This role requires 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, startup experience, and a data-driven mindset. You will leverage AI tools to automate workflows, build executive relationships, and elevate our talent brand to attract elite candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for complex orgs.
• Experience partnering with leadership and diverse teams.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build and execute on strategies to bring the best people into key roles at AngelList
• Lead with data and market intelligence to help drive decisions
• Contribute broadly: this is a role for someone who prides themselves on functional agility and strong business partnership
• Represent and elevate the AngelList talent brand on the market, including how we’re a beacon and who we attract
