Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Receiving/Shipping Clerk to manage warehouse, receiving and shipping operations under supervision. You will handle packing, shipping docs, and inventory control in a busy casino setting.

Responsibilities include following internal controls, data entry, cycle counts, cross-department transfers, and maintaining a safe, efficient loading dock environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• One year of Receiving or Warehouse experience or inventory control preferred.
• Food-handling or casino environment experience is a plus; Gaming license may be required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments and determine economical shipping methods.
• Receive and unload incoming materials; verify against packing slips and PO.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform monthly cycle counts and updates.
• Process paperwork for receiving and inventory systems; update pricing and vendor data.
• Ensure safety, loading dock organization, and professional customer service.
