Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Warehouse/Receiving Clerk to manage receipt, verification, storage, and recordkeeping of materials. You will verify inbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Inventory Control to ensure efficient processes.

The role requires forklift and electric pallet jack experience, a valid driver's license, and strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; three months or more related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a current and valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must possess extremely number-oriented and computer literate.
• Must possess effective communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Must have experience in the operation of a forklift and an electric pallet jack.
• Must also be at least 21 years old to perform this position.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Check incoming product for quality and against shipping manifests.
• Receive and store materials; prepare shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL or other carriers.
• Move products to storage or deliver to designated areas promptly.
• Maintain receiving files; ensure organization and safety compliance.
