Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage inventory, inbound and outbound transfers, and maintain accurate records. You will inspect shipments, prepare required paperwork, and use Red Rock 3PL and Workday to track orders.

This role involves labeling deliveries, preparing shipments for outbound transfers, and collaborating with departments to ensure accuracy of received orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse and receiving experience essential.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• GRA license and DGR compliance required.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and AI preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming packages and handle with safety protocols.
• Receive shipments and complete required paperwork upon receipt.
• Inspect and verify the condition and contents of packages against orders.
• Use Red Rock 3PL and Workday for tracking and management.
• Collaborate with departments to verify order accuracy.
• Label and allocate deliveries to storage locations.
• Prepare shipments for outbound transfers and maintain shipment records.
• Attach packing slips to POs and document quantities, dates, and invoice numbers.
• Understand product categories: dry goods, paper products, chemical supplies, and Food & Beverage items.
• Other duties as assigned.
