Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, weighs and counts incoming goods against purchase order and specifications.
• Verifies against order for correctness and condition.
• Ensures strict adherence to product specifications when receiving goods.
• Completes appropriate receiving documentation.
• Uses proper storage techniques including rotation, dating and slotting of product.
• Fills orders and issues supplies promptly upon receipt of approved requisition.
• Delivers materials to user department and obtains authorized signature on receiving record.
• Maintains reports and records as required.
• Participates in assigned inventories including cycle counts and pre-counts.
