Qualifications

• Negotiate leases, amendments, and review terms for diverse commercial real estate products.
• Present book and cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
