Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Manager to oversee strategic real estate activities for a defined portfolio of properties, including leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions.

You will collaborate with local brokerage teams to optimize deal terms, coordinate negotiations, track expirations, and prepare forecasts and cash flow analyses to support informed client decisions and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions and portfolio management.
• Ability to analyze leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Strong collaboration with brokerage teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate negotiations of leases, amendments, and expirations.
• Review RFPs, LOIs, and brokers’ opinions of value.
• Present cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR to clients.
• Lead by example and coach others within the function.
• Ensure integration between service lines and track activity.
