Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Consultant to oversee real estate transactions for a portfolio of properties, coordinating strategies from acquisition to disposition. You will negotiate leases, manage expirations, and work across teams to align service lines with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in real estate transactions and strong MS Office skills, including Excel for financial projections such as NPV and IRR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze multiple information sources to exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with real estate transactions and lease renewals is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial calculations (NPV, IRR) desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent; review terms for commercial real estate.
• Negotiate leases and amendments; track expirations and commissions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate service lines.
