Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager in Des Moines, IA to oversee day-to-day transaction management for portfolios of properties on behalf of national/global corporate clients.

You will manage negotiations, financial analysis, and reporting while mentoring a transactional team and ensuring consistency in service delivery. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.
• Bachelor's degree is required; finance/real estate background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client’s real estate goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W professionals to negotiate terms for leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications.
• Review, interpret, and present financial analysis and reporting.
• Oversee revenue tracking of all transactions and maintain transaction activity databases.
• Mentor and/or supervise transactional team members and onboarding for new staff.
