Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager in Minnesota to manage day-to-day transaction activities for corporate clients. You will oversee negotiations for leases, sales, subleases, and purchases, supervise the transaction team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work product.

The role requires real estate transaction experience, strong financial analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client’s real estate goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield and non-Cushman & Wakefield brokers to negotiate terms for leases, sales, subleases and purchases.
• Manage key documentation and client communications.
• Review and interpret financial analysis.
• Oversee revenue tracking of all transactions.
• Maintain database of transaction activity and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Present transaction activity to client and lead client meetings.
• Suggest process and system improvements for the transaction process.
• On-board new team members and supervise transaction staff as needed.
• Develop standard forms and procedures; implement playbooks for efficiency.
