Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Vice President of Transaction Management to lead the coordination and execution of complex real estate transactions for a portfolio of properties across North America. You will negotiate lease terms, manage field resources, and deliver analytical support to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of CRE transaction experience, an active license, and strong skills in negotiation, AI-enabled research, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience or equivalent
• Active real estate license (must be obtained within 6 months if not already held)
• Advanced computer software skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools and applying them to research and workflows
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with executives and clients
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and priorities
• Negotiate terms for a range of commercial transactions in North America
• Coordinate broker selection and resources for transaction execution
• Draft market analyses, RFPs, and financial recommendations
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and property acquisitions/disposals
• Analyze P&L, cash flow, NPV, and IRR to inform decisions
• Track transaction activity and forecast savings for clients
• Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Travel as needed for site tours and regional meetings
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
