Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Manager in Dallas to lead strategic real estate transactions for a defined portfolio across office, industrial, and retail properties. You will work with local brokerage teams to optimize deal terms and outcomes for clients, managing renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and subleases.

The role requires a real estate license, 5–8 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred.
• Real Estate License required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent; review terms for commercial real estate products.
• Negotiate sales through field brokers; track expirations and amendments.
• Ensure integration between service lines and prepare cash flow projections.
• Support development of new processes and standards within CBRE.
