Job summary

Responsibilities include managing acquisitions, dispositions, leases, renewals, and related processes, while partnering with legal, finance, and procurement to meet transaction requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, contracts, finance, or related business functions.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, portfolio strategy, or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leases, renewals from planning through execution.
• Coordinate due diligence, valuations, approvals, documentation, and closing requirements.
• Negotiate routine to moderately complex terms with landlords, sellers, buyers, brokers, and service providers.
• Partner with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to meet transaction requirements.
• Track schedules, risks, and dependencies to keep transactions on time and within expectations.
• Maintain transaction records, reporting, and controls to support governance and audit readiness.
• Escalate commercial, legal, operational, or timing risks that may affect execution.
