What We're Looking For:

Transaction Manager (Salary Grade 6)

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Four (4) or more years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, contracts, finance, or related business functions.

Transaction Manager, Sr (Salary Grade 7)

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, contracts, portfolio strategy, or related business functions.

Other Expectations

• Demonstrated negotiation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of transaction processes, contracts, financial evaluation, and document coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and transaction tracking tools.
