Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, contracts, finance, or related business functions.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leases, renewals, and related real estate transactions from planning through execution.
• Coordinate due diligence, valuation inputs, approvals, documentation, and closing requirements.
• Negotiate routine to moderately complex terms with landlords, sellers, buyers, brokers, and service providers.
• Partner with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to ensure transaction requirements are met.
• Keep schedules, risks, and dependencies on track to meet timelines and budgets.
