Job summary

AEP Service Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Real Estate Leader to oversee advanced real estate activities, initiatives and day-to-day execution. You will coordinate priorities across teams and translate goals into actionable plans, ensuring service quality and risk management.

You will lead complex work, guide staff and contract resources, support budgeting and reporting, and communicate priorities to management and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of related real estate, property management, records, transactions, or project coordination.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder communication in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex real estate work assignments, priorities, and deliverables across portfolios.
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalated issues and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide guidance and work direction to team members and contract resources.
• Support development and application of processes, standards, controls, and reporting.
• Monitor workload, performance trends, and risks; suggest improvements for service and compliance.
• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of strategic initiatives within real estate.
• Communicate priorities, status, and issues to management and business partners.
