Responsibilities

Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leases, renewals, and related real estate transactions from planning through execution.
Coordinate due diligence, valuation inputs, approvals, documentation, and closing requirements.
Negotiate routine to moderately complex business terms with landlords, sellers, buyers, brokers, and service providers.
Partner with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to ensure transaction requirements are met.
Track schedules, risks, and dependencies to keep transactions on time and within business expectations.
Maintain transaction records, reporting, and controls to support governance and audit readiness.
Identify and elevate commercial, legal, operational, or timing risks that may affect execution.
