You will serve as a lead resource for complex work and coordinate priorities across teams and stakeholders.

This role requires eight years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to guide processes, budgeting, and risk management.

Formación

• 8+ years of related experience in real estate, property management, records, transactions, project coordination, or related business support functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead work through others in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex real estate work assignments, priorities, and deliverables across assigned functional areas or portfolios.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues, stakeholder requests, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide guidance, training, and work direction to team members and contract resources to support quality and timeliness.
• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of strategic or operational initiatives within the real estate function.
• Communicate functional priorities, status, and issues to management and business partners.
