Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager in Columbia, SC to handle day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties for national/global clients. You will oversee workflows, mentor the Transaction Coordinator, and support process improvements across the team.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate transactions and a BA/BS degree, with responsibilities spanning negotiations, documentation, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plan implementation aligned to client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with brokers to negotiate terms for lease, sale, sublease and purchase.
• Manage key documentation and client communications; ensure accuracy of transaction reports.
