Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; finance/real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans aligning with client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with brokers to negotiate leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Manage key documents and client communications.
• Review and interpret financial analyses.
