Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager to oversee the day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of national and global corporate services clients.

You will monitor workflows, mentor the Transaction Coordinator, manage documentation and client communications, review financial analysis, and present activity to clients while coordinating site visits and broker negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans aligned to client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield and non-C&W brokerage professionals to negotiate leases, sales, subleases and purchases.
• Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications.
• Review and interpret financial analysis.
• Oversee revenue tracking of all transactions.
• Maintain database of transaction activity.
• Ensure accuracy of all transaction reports.
• Present transaction activity to client and lead client meetings.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and supervise transactional staff as needed.
• Develop standard forms and procedures and implement playbooks for efficiency.
