Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Charleston, West Virginia is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of national and global corporate clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating lease, sale, sublease and purchase negotiations, ensuring accurate financial analysis, managing client communications, supervising documentation, and mentoring junior team members. A BA/BS and 3+ years in real estate transactions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate transactions management or corporate real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans aligned to client real estate goals.
• Collaborate with brokers to negotiate lease, sale, sublease and purchase terms.
• Manage key documentation and client communications.
• Review and interpret financial analyses; oversee transaction revenue.
• Mentor and/or supervise transactional team members as needed.
• Develop standard forms and procedures to improve processes.
• Coordinate field broker selection and client site visits.
