Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of small to mid-sized properties in the Tampa market. The role sits within the Brokerage function and involves managing buying, selling, and letting activities for clients’ occupancy needs.

The candidate will develop transaction strategies, coordinate lease renewals and acquisitions, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Strong analytical, communication, and office software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent; review business terms.
