Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution; Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 2–5 years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to communicate analyzed data to client and team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain master project schedules and track milestones.
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation with partners and clients.
• Deliver budget assumptions and manage scope changes.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project.
