Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Manager, Real Estate Operations to lead real estate and facility projects across departments, reporting to Company legal leadership. The role focuses on lease administration, transaction support, and strategic portfolio planning.

You will prepare real estate documents, manage expirations, and use CoStar Real Estate Manager to track data and maintain files. Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in commercial real estate transactions or lease administration.
Experience in project management involving real estate transactions, facility projects, or capital improvement and fit-out projects.
Experience establishing robust KPI reporting processes.
Experience supporting permitting, certificates of occupancy, and zoning reviews.
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to adhere to schedules and maintain confidences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review real estate documents (LOIs, leases, amendments, estoppels).
Manage lease expirations and coordinate renewals, relocations, or expansions.
Utilize CoStar Real Estate Manager to streamline operations, reporting, and data tracking.
Assist in portfolio strategic planning and development of SOPs for real estate and facilities.
Build vendor relations and manage accounts payable for landlords and vendors.
