Job summary

Qualifications

Familiarity with fair housing laws, zoning, and building codes.
Proficiency in financial management: budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency with property management software and accounting tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of commercial properties including maintenance, security, and tenant services.
Serve as primary contact for commercial tenants; maintain positive relationships and address inquiries promptly.
Manage lease agreements, negotiations, renewals, and amendments with leasing teams.
Develop and manage property budgets; monitor rents, expenses, and financial performance.
Assess risks and implement emergency response plans to meet safety standards.
Lead on-site staff and coordinate cross-functional teams across leasing, finance, and maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections and tenant meetings to ensure performance and satisfaction.
