Job summary

Keystone Empire Holdings is seeking a hands-on Real Estate Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of healthcare properties, including hospitals, medical office buildings, and ambulatory centers. You will drive operational performance, financial results, and long-term asset value in partnership with executive leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business administration, 4+ years of multi-site property management experience, and certifications such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Four (4) years of commercial property or real estate management experience across multi-site locations.
• Professional certifications CPM, RPA, CCIM or real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure lease compliance and administer renewals/terminations/assignments.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers; manage insurance docs.
• Partner with accounting on rent collections and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze occupancy trends and operating performance metrics.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and transitions for properties.
• Travel between locations as needed and maintain tenant relations.
