Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, legal studies, economics, or business administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate analytics, investment banking, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements, amendments and renewals for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed lease abstracts and summaries for internal use.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, property managers, tenants and stakeholders.
• Manage lease documentation and ensure files are complete and up to date.
• Monitor key lease dates and deadlines; provide timely notifications.
• Generate lease guides for field leadership and monitor market trends.
• Maintain data files and sign off on documents; notarization when required.
• Liaise with outside vendors and consultants as needed.
