Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a facilities and real estate professional to support store and distribution center maintenance and capital expenditures. The role involves coordinating repairs with vendors, reviewing lease documents, and interfacing with operations and supply chain to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial/retail real estate or construction, strong communication skills, CMMS experience (FEXA/UpKeep), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of commercial/retail real estate and/or construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems (FEXA, UpKeep) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support facility managers, real estate managers and construction managers.
• Coordinate facility repairs with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective work.
• Review lease documents and coordinate landlord notifications.
• Interface with store operations and supply chain to execute critical repairs.
• Process project invoices and close projects within 90 days of completion.
• Update project管理 database with key dates and details from managers.
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with past due invoices.
• Budget vs actual analysis of expenditures.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses quickly and accurately.
• Perform other real estate tasks as directed.
