Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to ensure parts availability and optimize inventory across designated product areas. You will own the replenishment process, collaborate with field operations and vendors, and analyze data to drive improvements in service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Access, SQL) and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the replenishment process from order generation through receiving.
• Analyze inventory productivity for assigned product area and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Category Managers, Marketing, and vendors to improve availability.
• Monitor supply chain performance and drive remedial actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.
