Qualifications

• Experience leading lease administration and compliance programs.
• Ability to develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of real estate records management and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Direct monthly rent roll processing for ~ $600M in annual obligations.
• Lead a team managing ~ $19M in annual lease-related receivables and reimbursements.
• Ensure lease documentation accuracy, estoppels, SNDAs, insurance certificates, and compliance.
• Develop reports, analytics, and metrics for senior leadership.
• Oversee data governance for 4,300+ locations in real estate records.
