Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, development, investment analysis, private equity, or related fields.
- Knowledge of real estate underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Experience with real estate underwriting and investment analysis.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models
- Analyze investment returns and project economics
- Support due diligence, market research, and financing analysis
- Prepare presentations, investment memos, and lender materials
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and partners
