Job summary

BH Properties is seeking a Fully Remote Acquisitions Analyst who will support the acquisition and finance teams. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, and maintaining the acquisition pipeline. An ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management or finance, advanced Excel modeling skills, and strong communication abilities. This role requires working independently in a team environment with tight deadlines. A bachelor's or MBA degree is preferred, and a passion for multi-family real estate is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and/or acquisitions.
• Comfort with underwriting and analyzing multifamily/apartment real estate opportunities.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and real estate underwriting on investment opportunities.
• Assist in reviewing offering memoranda and seller-provided materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis for investment decisions.
• Prepare high-quality slide decks for presentations.
• Assist in property-level and market-level due diligence.
