Responsibilities
- Build and maintain acquisition and underwriting models.
- Evaluate investments and prepare return analyses.
- Analyze market data, comps, operating performance, and assumptions.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and capital projects.
- Assist with due diligence and transaction execution.
- Prepare investment materials for leadership and capital partners.
- Monitor portfolio performance against underwriting and business plans.
- Use AI and other technology tools to improve research and analysis.
