Qualifications

Experience with CoStar, Argus, and Yardi preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Real estate industry knowledge and market analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Perform financial and qualitative analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via modeling, cash flows, and market analysis using Argus and Excel.
Develop market trends and projections for target markets and identify opportunities.
Conduct due diligence including lease analysis and market studies; arrange third-party reports.
Prepare investment committee memorandums and present transactions.
Assist in reports to ownership and institutional partners; defend valuation conclusions.
