Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate-focused industries.
• Experience selling or delivering tax, assurance, and/or consulting services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a client facing pipeline and pursue opportunities.
• Represent the firm's services to the Real Estate ecosystem.
• Co-develop a territory sales plan and report progress weekly.
• Craft clear value propositions for services and solutions.
• Lead sales strategies across service lines and geographies.
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings and apply to target markets.
• Create and grow relationships with new and existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other BD leaders for an integrated GTM approach.
